Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our dynamic team at RRP Associates. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of accounting and auditing projects, gaining valuable experience in the field of finance and accounting.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements, tax returns, and audit reports.
  • Perform bookkeeping and maintain accurate financial records for clients.
  • Conduct financial analysis and assist in budgeting and forecasting.
  • Collaborate with senior accountants to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Provide support during audit engagements, including the examination of financial transactions and documentation.
  • Assist in tax planning and compliance for individual and corporate clients.
  • Stay updated on changes in tax laws and accounting standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Pursuing or holding a professional certification (e.g., CPA, CA, ACCA) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong work ethic and a commitment to client service.
